This particular bear happened upon a caribou that had drown by falling through the thin ice. This is a prosperous find for a polar bear since the ice is not fully formed for the winter yet. so it has not been able to efficiently hunt seals. This is very amazing footage to be captured, showing the animals' ability to pull a massive creature from the water, onto the ice!
